We, ESXA process sensitive data from our business relations, applicants and website visitors in the context of our services and applications or a visit to our website. We attach great importance to the careful handling of this data and we do everything we can to treat your personal data with care, security and confidentiality. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. Which personal data we process depends on the service we provide to you.
Personal data services
We offer a wide range of services in the field of importing exotic fruit, exotic vegetables and other specialties, so that you end up with us for many things.
In that context, we erase personal data with you. We process the data that you provide to us during our business relationship, to which you grant us access or that we otherwise obtain from third parties.
In addition to your personal details, these may also be personal details of your own business relationships (including: any employees, buyers, suppliers, carriers or self-employed persons).

• telephone number;
• contact details and name and position of contact person;
• identification data, including social security number and passport number (if required).
In some cases we process the personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, but usually we do this in order to be able to implement our services. We set out the purpose for which we use this personal data in the agreement with you. If you provide us with an additional assignment, we will use the information that we already have under the original agreement. If you give us an order to send an order directly from a country outside the European Union to you, then we will pass on personal data to our relationship as necessary to implement the contract for services existing between us.
If we wish to process personal data for reasons other than your request, we will request your consent. Please note that in certain cases we process (store) personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation and / or in connection with legal proceedings.

When you use our website, we can - depending on the data you enter yourself, for example by filling in our contact form - process the following data from you:

We use the above information only for the purpose for which we received it, for example:

ESXA use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small file that is sent by an internet server and that is stored on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Cookies per se cannot identify an individual user, but only the computer or mobile device that you use through a randomly generated identification marker. Retention periods
We will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
Newsletter
If you have given your permission, we can send you our newsletter by e-mail. With every communication this way a cancellation option is included with which you can indicate that you are no longer interested in our newsletter.
Distribution to third parties
The information you provide will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the delivery of the products you have ordered or the services you have requested. Upon approval, we will execute the request as soon as possible. If we can not meet your request, we will explain this to you. We can not always comply with a request to delete data. We have to store certain information on the basis of legislation and regulations.
Please note that we may no longer be able to provide certain work or services if you request us to remove (some) personal data, or to no longer share it with third parties.

If you have complaints about the processing of your personal data, you can of course submit this to us in writing so that we can look for a solution with you. This does not affect the fact that privacy legislation offers you the right to submit a complaint to the privacy regulator: the Canada National Data Protection Authority.
